Lulu Ilanda is a Blue Mountains-rooted, Sydney-based singer-songwriter and producer creating work that moves between intimate songwriting, alternative pop and psych-folk textures. She also fronts Sonori, a project built around family, collaboration and the feeling of home.

Her songs favour emotional clarity over grand statements. Across solo releases, Sofar Sydney sessions and collaborations with artists including Victor Jesus and ChillCheney, she writes with openness, detail and a quiet sense of momentum.

Before "A Weakness", she appeared on the single "I Got You" with First Nations rapper ChillCheney and performed as part of the Standing Strong Band on the "Nguku; Water Is Life" tour. The recent solo work keeps returning to the same thread: tenderness without self-protection.
